Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps balance the body’s natural systems. It supports stress relief, deep relaxation, and emotional and physical well-being by guiding universal life energy through the body. 

You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a private, quiet, and peaceful space. I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above your body to help energy flow where it’s needed most. Many clients experience sensations of warmth, tingling, and deep calm and relaxation. 

Distance Reiki works through focused energy and intention. Many believe the results to be just as powerful as in-person sessions. You’ll choose a quiet place to sit or lie down, free from distractions. We’ll connect briefly before the session to set an intention, and afterward to share observations. Most clients feel warmth, lightness, or gentle waves of calm during the session, followed by deep rest and mental clarity afterward. 

Clients often leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored. In the days following, you may notice emotional or energetic shifts, as this is part of the body’s natural rebalancing and healing process. 

Animal Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports animals physically, emotionally, and energetically. It helps them, and often their owners, relax, release tension and stress, and feel more at ease in their bodies and environments.  

While the principles are the same, animal Reiki is adapted to the sensitivity of animals. Sessions are guided by the animal’s comfort level and can be done in-person or remotely. 

All animals, from dogs and cats to horses, birds, and rescues, can receive Reiki. It’s safe, noninvasive, and works well alongside traditional veterinary care 

Yes. Distance Reiki works beautifully for animals, especially those who are shy, anxious, or unwell. Energy is sent to the animal wherever they are, and many relax or even fall asleep during the session 

Reiki can support an animal's recovery from illness or injury, anxiety, emotional trauma, transitions, or provide end-of-life comfort. It also strengthens the energetic bond between animals and their caregivers. 

For in-person sessions, you’re welcome to be nearby. For distance sessions, it’s often helpful for the animal to be in a familiar, comfortable environment.

Animals often show signs of relaxation such as yawning, stretching, lying down, or falling asleep. Afterward, they may appear calmer, more connected, or more playful as their energy rebalances.
